Andy Grundy started collecting cars in his early 20’s when he and his father, John (also a car enthusiast) purchased and refurbished a 1968 Mercedes 280SL. As the founder of Motorcoast,  Andy specializes in vintage automobile sales and appraisals, while helping collectors from around the world source, build and refine their automotive collections. ANDY IS A LICENsED DEALER WHO CONSULTS WITH PRIVATE OWNERS AND ESTATES FOR AUTHENTICATION AND APPRAISALS. Andy has toured the 48 contiguous states in various vintage cars. As an avid attendee of the Pebble Beach Concours for 30 consecutive years, Andy has been a judge, participant, and winner at several of the Monterey peninsula car week events. Andy and his family reside in Carmel, California.
